Suzanne Arnold

Suzanne Arnold

The founder and Director of Right Approach, Suzanne Arnold has over ten years-experience as an owner/operator of an award-winning child care centre. Suzanne is proud of the reputation for being a centre of excellence and model of best practice.

Suzanne has extensive experience in strategy, training and development, operations, finance, child safety, disability rights, human resources, and administration. She has a Master of Human Rights, Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology), a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and a Diploma of Quality Auditing.

Former police detective Suzanne Spence served in the NSW Police Force for 24 years. She specialised in criminal investigation, including numerous historical child abuse offences.

Recently Suzanne has been working as a child protection specialist, training organisations to ensure they provide a child safe environment. In addition, she has been consulting internationally in investigations, specifically in the area of human and child sex trafficking. She has trained host country’s law enforcement personnel, and not for profit organisations.  She as an Advanced Diploma in Public Safety with a specialisation in Police Investigations and a Certificate III in Investigative Services.
